Do I need a special license to ride an e-bike?
In most regions, our Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are treated like traditional bicycles and do not require a special license or registration, but we recommend checking your local state regulations.
How is the bike delivered and is assembly required?
Your bike will arrive 85% pre-assembled in a secure, heavy-duty box. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in under 30 minutes.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Cloud eBike comes with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my Cloud eBike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes are rated IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and rain. However, we do not recommend submerging the bike in water or using high-pressure washers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply.
