At Cloud eBikes, we want you to ride with total confidence. If your new electric bike doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in like-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the eBike

  Carefully pack the bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring the battery is disconnected and all chargers and keys are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
